A project born from the collaboration between Petit Gaud\u00ed and KOMUNIKI<\/h2>\n

Petit Gaud\u00ed<\/strong> is an e-commerce of iconic craftsmanship<\/strong> inspired by Gaud\u00ed and Catalan modernism: personal and corporate gifts, workshops and experiences with real artisans, all with the Barcelona brand seal. The project stems from the vision of its owner, Iv\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz Rivero<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 a craftsman of typical Catalan products and an excellent graphic designer \u2014 who created all the design and usability<\/strong>. KOMUNIKI<\/strong><\/a> handled the entire technical side<\/strong>: WordPress and WooCommerce development, migration, optimization and SEO positioning as a local craft shop.<\/p>\n

Petit Gaud\u00ed: an e-commerce of iconic, imperfect craftsmanship<\/h2>\n

Petit Gaud\u00ed is not a souvenir shop like so many others. It’s a digital refuge for craftsmanship<\/strong> that gives value to real craft: pieces such as the Trencad\u00eds Puzzle<\/strong>, the limited-edition Gaud\u00ed 2026 Medal<\/strong> or the traditional aluminium signs coexist with workshops, experiences and the Petit Comit\u00e9<\/strong>, the Club of the 25 artisan trades. A project where every piece and every name matter, and where technology must serve the story.<\/p>\n

KOMUNIKI’s role in the technical development<\/h2>\n

Just as an artisan works raw material, I worked the technical side of the site: behind a polished design you need a solid structure that can handle sales, catalogue and growth. I took charge of the whole infrastructure so that Iv\u00e1n could focus on his craft.<\/p>\n

    Domain migration and go-live<\/h2>\n

    One of the most delicate phases was the domain migration<\/strong> and the launch of the new site. I managed it with care for every detail to ensure:<\/p>\n

        SEO optimization as a local craft shop<\/h2>\n

        Existing online is not enough: you have to be found by the right people. I set up the on-page SEO strategy<\/strong> to position Petit Gaud\u00ed as a local craft shop<\/strong> in Barcelona, working on:<\/p>\n

        • A coherent heading structure (H1, H2, H3) and indexable content<\/li>\n
        • Meta title, meta description and alt tags optimized for visibility on Google<\/li>\n
        • Keywords focused on local craftsmanship and the Gaud\u00ed\/modernism universe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Technical consulting for continuous improvement<\/h2>\n

          Beyond development, I supported the client with advice on technical factors<\/strong> to grow the site over time: performance, user experience, good maintenance practices and optimizations to keep the eshop fast, secure and well positioned.<\/p>\n

          Design and usability, created by Iv\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz Rivero<\/h2>\n

          The credit for the visual language belongs entirely to the owner: Iv\u00e1n Mu\u00f1oz Rivero<\/strong>, artisan and graphic designer, created the identity and usability of Petit Gaud\u00ed. KOMUNIKI turned that vision into a functional, fast and optimized e-commerce, respecting every graphic detail. A collaboration where the artisan’s craft and the technical craft<\/strong> came together to bring an authentic project to
