Case Study: Creation and Management of the NOI ALTRI Inclusive Gastronomy Project

The NOI ALTRI Inclusive Gastronomy project in Cagliari is an innovative initiative that promotes social inclusion through gastronomy, offering vegan and gluten-free meals while employing people with disabilities. In this context, several key aspects were developed for its online presence and growth, including the creation of a distinctive brand, a functional website, and an effective digital marketing plan.

1. Brand Creation and Visual Identity

The initial phase of the project involved the complete creation of the brand, including the design of:

  • Logo and Brand Colors: The logo and colors were chosen to represent the values of inclusivity, sustainability, and quality in the gastronomy.

  • Coordinated Visual Identity: Every graphic element, from business cards to product packaging, was designed to reflect the project’s identity.

    2. WordPress Website Development

A fully responsive WordPress website was created to showcase the food offering and facilitate interaction with customers and potential supporters:

    • Online Donation System: A secure donation system was integrated, allowing users to easily support the project and expand its resources for growth.

    • Menu and Online Ordering Section: The site includes a dedicated menu section, focused on vegan and gluten-free meals, highlighting the philosophy of inclusion even in the food offering.

      3. Online Marketing Plan

A digital marketing plan was developed to promote the project both locally and online:

      • Social Media Management: The presence on Instagram and Facebook was optimized with a consistent posting schedule, high-quality photos, and active engagement with the community.

      • Google Business Profile: The Google Business Profile was set up and maintained to improve the project’s visibility in local searches, attracting customers and sponsors.

      • Sponsored Campaigns: Sponsored social media campaigns were launched to increase site traffic and generate more conversions, both in terms of food orders and donations.

        4. Ongoing Management and Project Maintenance

The client handles the ongoing maintenance of the website, ensuring everything runs smoothly, including donations and online sales. In addition, oversight of the social media plan ensures that the message of inclusivity and sustainable gastronomy reaches an ever-growing audience.

        5. Inclusivity and Social Impact

NOI ALTRI is not just a gastronomy project, but an initiative that creates job opportunities for people with disabilities, promoting a model of inclusive gastronomy. This aspect was built into the marketing strategy, to raise awareness and attract sponsors and customers who value the social principles behind the project.

        Key Results:

        • Strong, recognizable branding.

        • Website optimized for navigation and donations.

        • Digital marketing plan that boosted online visibility, generating visits, customers, and sponsors.

        • Positive social impact thanks to the inclusion of staff with disabilities and the promotion of a sustainable food offering.
